AllSystemRequirements.com USER AND PRIVACY AGREEMENT

The AllSystemRequirements.com User and Privacy Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made between internet users who will become members or visit https://www.AllSystemRequirements.com (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).

AllSystemRequirements.com is a social network service that provides its members with a platform for blogging, sharing information, commenting, and engaging in discussions.
By becoming a member of AllSystemRequirements.com or by visiting AllSystemRequirements.com, the User is deemed to have accepted this Agreement.
The User is deemed to have committed to complying with this Agreement, any other terms of use published or to be published by AllSystemRequirements.com, and the legislation of the Republic of Turkey while visiting AllSystemRequirements.com. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liability shall belong to the User.
To be able to add content, comment on content, follow other members, add certain content to favorites, and message other members on AllSystemRequirements.com, the User needs to become a member of AllSystemRequirements.com by clicking on the “I Want to Become a Member” link in the “Login” section on the homepage and providing their email address, username, name, surname, password, and other requested information. However, reading content, sharing content, and commenting on content with a Facebook account can be done without opening a membership account.
No data in the membership account should contain any elements of illegality. The User cannot impersonate someone else, use a name belonging to any individual without permission, or create an offensive username that incites people.
The User is responsible for providing accurate and complete information for their membership account and keeping this information updated continuously.
The User can make changes to their registered membership account by clicking on the “Update Information” button in the Panel section. The changes made are subject to the approval of AllSystemRequirements.com.
All rights related to the domain name AllSystemRequirements.com and the sub-domain names where the members’ accounts are located belong to AllSystemRequirements.com. Members do not have any rights over the sub-domain names where their membership accounts are located. The sub-domain names of deleted membership accounts or sites can be used by different members.
It is prohibited to send messages or upload content that disturbs, threatens, harasses, or insults members in public or private message areas on AllSystemRequirements.com. Members who behave in violation of this prohibition may be removed from membership after their situation is reviewed by AllSystemRequirements.com, and legal and criminal actions may be taken against them.
Information, data, text, photos, videos, audio clips, comments, articles, software, codes, graphics, collectively referred to as “content,” will be entered by members as well as by AllSystemRequirements.com editors on AllSystemRequirements.com.
Content uploaded to AllSystemRequirements.com must be accurate and up-to-date. The accuracy, currency, and compliance with the applicable legislation of any content added, uploaded, or created by the User on AllSystemRequirements.com, whether shared privately or publicly, is entirely the responsibility of the User.
AllSystemRequirements.com reserves the right to remove, edit, modify, or block any content at its discretion, without notifying the User who uploaded the content and without providing any reason. AllSystemRequirements.com is not responsible for the content provided by the User. AllSystemRequirements.com has the right to remove content or pages that are contrary to its principles and the law, and in such cases, the User irrevocably agrees not to make any claims against AllSystemRequirements.com.
AllSystemRequirements.com has the right to refuse, delay, publish late, or not publish any content, email, or any communication provided by the User, without giving any reason.
It is prohibited to use the content available on AllSystemRequirements.com for purposes other than using the services provided by AllSystemRequirements.com, to imitate, modify, distribute, or store the content. The User cannot sell, exploit for advertising purposes, or use the content in a way that infringes on the rights of third parties.
No content published on AllSystemRequirements.com may be used or published by third parties in any medium without the permission of the content owner.
By becoming a member of AllSystemRequirements.com, the User undertakes that the content they enter will not contain elements that harm the personal rights of third parties, defamatory, misleading elements, pornographic, immoral photos, insults, violence, racism, discrimination, or illegal elements.
The User cannot create advertisements, upload content that may be of a concealed advertising nature, or spam content on AllSystemRequirements.com without being requested by AllSystemRequirements.com, without written approval from AllSystemRequirements.com, and without reaching any agreement with AllSystemRequirements.com. If the services of AllSystemRequirements.com are intended to be used for commercial purposes, please contact AllSystemRequirements.com.
AllSystemRequirements.com may make certain areas or categories of AllSystemRequirements.com or some services used on AllSystemRequirements.com subject to a fee and can determine these fees unilaterally.
Members of AllSystemRequirements.com are solely responsible for all actions performed with their membership account, all content uploaded, and all content and actions related to their membership account, even if their membership ends.
AllSystemRequirements.com will take utmost care for the security of membership accounts. However, the security of the information registered in the membership account and the account password is the responsibility of the User. The User should never share the information related to their membership account with third parties. In case of any situation beyond the User’s control regarding their membership account, AllSystemRequirements.com should be contacted immediately. Any malicious use, including but not limited to the seizure of the User’s membership account password by third parties and the provision of unlawful content by third parties, is the responsibility of the User, and all legal and criminal liabilities arising from malicious use belong to the User.
The User cannot engage in any actions that will prevent or make it difficult for other users and members to use AllSystemRequirements.com, damage or render databases or servers inoperative, harm any software, hardware, or communication elements, create software or other computer code containing viruses, try to access any unauthorized system, data, password, directly or indirectly engage in behaviors that will decipher the algorithms and codes of the services provided, alter, transform, translate content, publish content on other sites without citation, distribute messages containing legally prohibited information, chain mail, software virus-like content that can harm third parties, send programs and/or information that will damage the software on other users’ computers, or engage in any unlawful behaviors that will harm AllSystemRequirements.com. Otherwise, AllSystemRequirements.com reserves the right to initiate all legal and criminal proceedings and make claims.
AllSystemRequirements.com reserves the right to prevent the User from using AllSystemRequirements.com or terminate the User’s membership without providing a reason if the User behaves contrary to this Agreement, provides incorrect or untrue information while using or becoming a member of AllSystemRequirements.com, uses the services provided by AllSystemRequirements.com maliciously, or if deemed necessary by AllSystemRequirements.com. In such cases, AllSystemRequirements.com also reserves the right to take legal action.
AllSystemRequirements.com reserves all intellectual and industrial property rights related to all content, including but not limited to photographs, recipes, methods, codes, programs, design, logos, images, texts, the AllSystemRequirements.com brand, and all pages related to the AllSystemRequirements.com domain name and sub-domain names, in accordance with the laws. Therefore, such content cannot be used, published, processed, reproduced, distributed, or broadcasted without permission from AllSystemRequirements.com. Otherwise, AllSystemRequirements.com reserves the right to initiate all legal and criminal proceedings and make claims.
All content published on AllSystemRequirements.com may only be quoted within reasonable limits, provided that the source is indicated, and a link to the relevant content is provided on our site. The reasonable limit is a simple summary of the work or other content, which does not eliminate the need to visit AllSystemRequirements.com to fully understand the content. In any case, it is not allowed to quote the entire content of any content on AllSystemRequirements.com without the written permission of AllSystemRequirements.com, even if the above conditions are met. The provisions of the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works are reserved.
The User irrevocably transfers all copyrights, including the rights of processing, reproduction, dissemination, representation, and public communication through means of sign, sound, and/or image transmission, of any content they provide for publication on AllSystemRequirements.com, to AllSystemRequirements.com without any territorial, temporal, or media limitation, and grants a free full license. Therefore, the User can use such content only in accordance with the conditions specified in Article 25 of this Agreement. Otherwise, the use of such content is subject to the written approval of AllSystemRequirements.com.
For content to which the User does not have the publication right, the User is obliged to provide content in accordance with the procedures specified in the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works and to make proper references. Otherwise, the User is liable to indemnify all direct and indirect, material, and moral damages that AllSystemRequirements.com may suffer.
Although AllSystemRequirements.com takes utmost effort to prevent virus and similar harmful content, it is not responsible for any damages (including but not limited to damage to the User’s computer or programs) that the User may suffer due to technical problems or other reasons, and the User cannot make any claims against AllSystemRequirements.com in this regard. The User is responsible for taking necessary precautions to avoid such damages.
AllSystemRequirements.com may change the structure of its services at any time without prior notice to the User and/or terminate the services or some features temporarily or permanently.
Although AllSystemRequirements.com aims to ensure the continuous publication of content, services, facilities, and other elements provided on AllSystemRequirements.com, it does not guarantee uninterrupted publication and/or services provided through AllSystemRequirements.com. In such cases, AllSystemRequirements.com is

not responsible.
AllSystemRequirements.com is not responsible for any data loss that may occur due to the fault of third parties or organizations from which it receives services, and it is the User’s responsibility to re-enter the lost information and data. Therefore, it is recommended that the User take their own measures to protect their data.
Some of the information provided by the User to AllSystemRequirements.com is mandatory (such as email addresses, IP information), while some information is accessible to AllSystemRequirements.com based on the User’s preference. AllSystemRequirements.com may store this information as long as desired to provide better service to its users, even if the information is deleted by the User. However, AllSystemRequirements.com will not retain IP information beyond the legal period.
While AllSystemRequirements.com takes utmost care in storing User information, it is not responsible for unauthorized access to the system, disruption of the system, or alteration of the information, resulting in the acquisition, modification, or deletion of your information. The User’s IP address, operating system, browser (Explorer, Chrome, etc.), connection time, duration information, and similar information are automatically recorded each time the User visits AllSystemRequirements.com; these automatically obtained information may be used by AllSystemRequirements.com, associated with your personal information or anonymously, without sharing with third parties.
AllSystemRequirements.com will provide User information to official authorities upon proper request from such authorities.
During the User’s visit to AllSystemRequirements.com, cookies, javascript codes, or similar tracking data may be placed on the User’s computer for the purpose of analyzing site usage data. Cookies are simple text files and do not contain any identity or other special information, but they store session information and similar data and can be used to recognize the User again.
AllSystemRequirements.com may include information and links related to third-party websites in its promotional emails or advertisements. When the User clicks on these links and enters other websites, those websites or their applications are not under the control of AllSystemRequirements.com, and this Agreement does not apply to those accessible sites. AllSystemRequirements.com is not responsible for the accuracy, information use, privacy principles, or content of those sites or their applications.
In the resolution of any disputes arising from the application of this Agreement, Turkish Law shall apply, and Istanbul Anatolian (Kartal) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
In the event of any disputes arising from this Agreement, the parties agree that the records and computer records (email correspondence, internet traffic information, and access records [logs], etc.) of AllSystemRequirements.com shall constitute valid, binding, conclusive, and exclusive evidence under Article 193 of the Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100, and this article is in the nature of an Evidence Agreement.
Notifications to be sent to each other by the parties will be sent to the address and/or email address provided by the User to AllSystemRequirements.com and the address and/or email address specified by AllSystemRequirements.com in this Agreement. In case of any change in the address and/or email address provided by the User to AllSystemRequirements.com, the User will notify the new address and/or email address to AllSystemRequirements.com in writing. In case of any change in the address and/or email address of AllSystemRequirements.com, the relevant change will be reflected in this Agreement. Otherwise, notifications sent to the address and email address provided by the User to AllSystemRequirements.com and the address and email address specified in this Agreement by AllSystemRequirements.com will produce all legal consequences of valid notification.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement shall not invalidate the other provisions of the Agreement.
The failure of the parties to exercise or enforce any rights arising from this Agreement or their acting contrary to these rights shall not be construed as a waiver of such rights under any circumstances.
By logging into www.AllSystemRequirements.com at each new entry, users are deemed to have accepted the updated provisions. Therefore, it is recommended that the User review this Agreement each time they visit AllSystemRequirements.com. This document was last updated on June 15, 2020.
Notification Addresses The address provided by the User to AllSystemRequirements.com shall be considered the legal address for all notifications related to this Agreement. The parties agree that unless changes to the current addresses are notified in writing to the other party within 3 (three) days, notifications made to the old addresses will be considered valid and deemed to have been received. Any notification made by AllSystemRequirements.com to the User’s registered email address due to this Agreement shall be valid and deemed to have been received by the User 1 (one) day after the email is sent by AllSystemRequirements.com. The User declares, accepts, and undertakes that they have read, understood, and accepted all the provisions of this participation agreement and confirmed the accuracy of the information provided about themselves.
